Terms and Conditions of 79rgame:

1. Acceptance of Terms

The use of any service provided by 79rgame constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from creating an account or using the platform.

These terms apply to all 79rgame platform users, regardless of how they access it — via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device. Simply clicking "Register", making a deposit, or placing a bet confirms acceptance of the conditions in effect at the time of that action.

2. Eligibility

To create and maintain an active account at 79rgame, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legally permitted access to the platform from your country of residence;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law;
• Not be registered on any betting exclusion list or self-exclusion program linked to 79rgame;
• Not be an employee, direct service provider, or first-degree relative of a 79rgame staff member.

3. Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may only have one account on the 79rgame. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts identified as belonging to the same holder, with possible retention of balances and bonuses.

At registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account cancellation.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 79rgame adopts identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) as a security and legal compliance measure. Verification is required before the first withdrawal and may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), recent proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals are suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account credentials — username and password. The 79rgame cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or carelessly handled credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact support immediately via the 24-hour chat.

4. Deposits

The 79rgame accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, funds available within seconds;
• Credit and debit card — subject to card issuer limits;
• Boleto bancário — clearance period of up to 1 business day;
• PicPay — available to users with an active account on the platform;
• Mercado Pago — available to users with an active account on the platform;
• TED Transfer — banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

79rgame does not accept deposits in cash, checks, money orders, or any method not listed above. All deposits must be made by the account holder — transfers made by third parties will not be accepted and may be returned or withheld.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 79rgame are processed exclusively via Pix to the registered bank account held in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00;
• Processing time via Pix: up to 10 minutes after approval;
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: R$ 5,000.00 (may be increased based on VIP level);
• The first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC verification process;
• Withdrawals using bonus balance are subject to the completion of the corresponding rollover.

79rgame may temporarily hold a withdrawal for security review in cases of unusual account activity, without prior notice. The user will be notified and support will provide a full explanation within up to 48 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions available on the 79rgame — including the welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00, weekly cashback, freebets, and VIP program — are subject to the specific conditions of each offer, in addition to the general rules described in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may be redeemed once per user, account, CPF, IP address, and device, unless otherwise stated;
• The welcome bonus is exclusive to new accounts making their first deposit;
• Bonuses with a rollover requirement must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion before any bonus balance can be withdrawn;
• Failure to complete the rollover within the allotted time results in automatic cancellation of any remaining bonus;
• Cancelled, void, or stake-returned bets do not count toward rollover completion;
• 79rgame reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions with at least 7 days' prior notice, except in cases of identified fraud.

Points are accumulated automatically for every R$ 10.00 wagered across any category on the platform. 79rgame reserves the right to revise the point criteria and program benefits with prior notice to participants.

7. Sports Betting

The 79rgame offers Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and over 50 other competitions — as well as UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, and e-sports.

7.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results released by the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 79rgame will rely on data provided by internationally recognized sports data providers. 79rgame's decision on bet settlement in ambiguous situations is final.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

• Events canceled before kick-off: bets are fully refunded to the user's balance;
• Postponed events: bets remain valid for up to 72 hours after the original scheduled time. After that period, they are refunded;
• Events interrupted after they begin: settlement depends on the point of interruption and the sport-specific rules;
• Live bets on events interrupted after placement: settled based on the score at the time of interruption, in accordance with the rules of the sport.

7.3 Odds Errors

The 79rgame reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or input error. The user will be notified and the staked amount returned to the account balance. Placing bets with the intent to exploit identified pricing errors constitutes abuse and may result in winnings being voided and the account being closed.

8. Casino & Crash Games

• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate the account.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at 79rgame at any time through support via chat or email. Any remaining balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules, following the completion of any pending verifications.

The 79rgame may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or misuse of promotions;
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Court order or determination by a competent authority.

11. Personal Data Protection

14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the services provided by 79rgame following the entry into force of the changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated version of the Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with the changes, they may close their account as described in section 10.

15. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform 79rgame shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts, with preference for the court of the user's place of domicile, unless otherwise required by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these terms does not affect the remaining provisions, which remain in full force. The tolerance of 79rgame regarding non-compliance with any rule in a specific situation does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future situations.
